Hello, I am Steve Redman and I am the founder of Fuzzy Logic. I have over 45 years of experience in the transport industry, and also an ex-driving examiner.

My Journey


  • 1979

    Qualified as a driving instructor passed Institute of Advanced Motorists test.

  • 1980

    Passed ROSPA advanced test class 1.

  • 1982

    Passed diploma as ROSPA advanced instructor.

  • 1983

    Passed exam for RAC driving instructors and advanced Police theory training.

  • 1986

    Trained at Cardington to become Department of transport examiner.

  • 1988

    Delivered qualified driver training on behalf of British School of Motoring.

  • 1996

    Joined New Driving Initiatives / Drive and Survive becoming the risk manager for Southwest region.

  • 2001

    Formed FUZZY LOGIC fleet training.
